Video: How to surf faster with Internet Explorer

Microsoft has prepared a video that shows how Accelerators, a feature of the Internet Explorer 8 browser. Accelerators are shortcuts to common tasks, such as getting the map of a restaurant, that work automatically. They’re complicated to explain, but easy to watch and learn.

What Microsoft’s doing is attempting to beat Google by changing the game. They want you to stop using a search engine to find a Web page from which to click to yet another page. Once you get used to the fly-out Bing map, you may not go back.
